The location here is breathtaking, just a short distance from Mae Haad Pier, and there are great dining and entertainment options nearby.

Location is perfect, next to KTD! Restaurant was nice and staff also was helpfull and room price is negotiable.

Shower does not working like it should be, no hot water. No safety box at bungalows. Deficiencies of cleaning, should be a much better, at this price! But I like it anyway!

It is a cute hotel with brand-new rooms and MAGNIFICENT views over the sea.

The food at In Touch Resort was good with a variety of choices. the location of the resort was perfect, situated near a main street and a national park. - the staff at the resort were competent throughout my stay.

Of the 7 resorts tha we stayed in during our trip (costs between 300 and 2000 baht per night) I loved In Touch Resort the most. We had a beautiful spacious bungalow in a palm garden right next to the beach. The restaurant/bar belonging to the resort is serving good food and delicious fruit shakes at really good prices. You can sit with your feet in the sand or relax on their beautiful deck, decorated with lot's of lights in the trees and palm trees. It's got a backpacker feel to it and offers very good value for money!

Cute, clean spacious bungalows. Excellent value for money. Situated on a beautiful beach. The bar and restaurant is also excellent and very good food. Would definatly stay there again

Room no so far from the beach

In general I don't recommend Koh Tao as a destination. Difficult access, bad snorkeling (at least in the 6 days I was there). Expensive, bad services in general. Many more better options in southeast asia: Koh Lipe, Pulau Weh, Pulau Menjangan, etc.

The proximity of the Restuarant to the beach and the easy access to everything .

The staff were the most unfriendly people we have ever experienced in our many years of travelling in Thailand . Bordering on rude . The hotel charges an extra 3 % when paying on a credit card which can add up to a lot and not what they tell you when booking .

The staff here are super-friendly, and the views of the garden with trees are magnificent, making everything great.

The motorbikes on the walkway. Also, the motorbike shops were scamming the young people by claiming the bikes were scratched when returned and charging 10 thousand baht to get their passports back. Beware!

I had an extra special experience here, everything was modern, the location was top near to a nice spot-great restaurant and friendly staff as well as the main activities. The staff was competent, provided me with a tastefully decorated double room.
